I really enjoyed the deluxe twin room which was airy. The location was great, in centre of town, convenient to go everywhere. Furthermore, the hotel was within walking distance of Church of Holy Trinity.

Excellant location, a few steps away from everywhere. Well-appointed and comfortable modern room with massive bathroom, the very packed bar, great facilities, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

Beds were hard.

The incredibly nice staff members provided a few recommendations. Overall it was stylish with very comfortable bed. The hotel was in the very central setting in the centre of town. Also, Hartham Common Park was only 1 km from the accommodation.

We had the deluxe twin room and it was air conditioned to hot in need of air con. The location was good and absolutely perfect, right by town centre, the town center for all the bars and restaurants and bars.

This was a really nice stay for a short visit. Its staff was superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating. Had very central location unable to open windows for fresh air Owing to people smoking in the beer garden. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Osprey Lake.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Everything met the purpose, I will be returning here soon. The hotel was modern and fairly clean inside, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was courteous and personable, just as I expected. The rooms were fashionable and big, in atmosphere. Could use a kettle, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk. This accommodation was in the very central location to a nearby festival.

Make sure you stay in the standard double room with massive bathroom, a very comfortable bed plus the very packed bar.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a delightful area, next to the restaurant in the evening, the centre of a lovely historic town, and the train station, Tesco, park and the river. The rooms were fashionable, with an electric kettle, an ironing set, and a work desk, very comfy bed.

Great location in the town center. Spacious room with good lighting and excellent refurbishment. Staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Enjoyed the bars and garden, as well as the fabulous breakfast.
